does anybody know much about selling things on eBay? how one sets up PayPal, how shipping works, when to place things for sale, how much to charge, like that?
this is sort of urgent, so if you do have any advice, please advise. please.

I've spent far far far too much time buying and selling crap on eBay...
If you've just got a couple things to sell, I'd strongly suggest going with one of those places that'll list your stuff on eBay for a 10%ish fee.
If you haven't sold much on eBay before, you won't get nearly as much money as you ought to out of stuff until your feedback rating improves...
I could ramble on and on about this - what do you need?
i need to sell some scuba equipment and an underwater camera setup. i really don't plan to sell things regularly, but most of the people i know who would take the stuff and sell it would want to do consignment, then reimburse me by giving me store credit. since i am selling things to pay my taxes, store credit isn't very helpful, so.
any recomendations?
