I made quiche. It turned out pretty good, though I wish I'd had white flour for the crust. I also wish I hadn't spilled raw egg-and-milk all over my kitchen, but such is life.
you know, i've never been able to stand quiche. a frittata might be nice, though...
We're making pizza with cheese, pesto and pepperoni, after which I'm baking chocolate chip cookies.
Moss made super awesome Parmesan Kale Deliciousness. You should make him tell you how and then you should make it, too, because it is like heaven in vegetable form.
ooh. monday night is Pizza Night here at calle contento. but chocolate chip cookies might be a good idea.

Do not be afraid of Kale! Moss made it again tonight for Tim and Erika, and they liked it, too. Much more than they seemed to like the movie we brought with us, as far as I can tell.
