The coverage of this on NPR was terrible. They didn't use the word filibuster once, and made it sound like the democrats just decided to pull an all-night debate on the Iraq war as a stunt.
Or maybe NPR was right, and it isn't really a filibuster, but rather some sort of non-filibuster performance art. Kevin Drum (who called for forcing a filibuster a couple days ago) is confused.
